Do you have a favorite author? I’m sure this question is leaving you going “Ummm…yeah…it’s…no wait…what about?….but then there’s…” etc. etc. It’s a hard question, I know.
If you see the photo beside this…this is one book that I LOVE and as such, Stephen Chbosky is a favorite author. Is he THE favorite author? Well, I don’t know…a book lover can never really pick one, right?
I’d definitely write him a letter though. So what author would you write a letter to if you had the chance? What would you say?!
I want to know, and I want you to help out with an event I’m working on. The thing is, I need a full list this week so I can make a schedule. The event starts NEXT Monday, and whether you help or not, I hope you all enjoy it. There will be prizes, and who can say no to that?
If you’re interested in writing an author a letter and posting it on your blog or donating a prize, please get in touch and I’ll give full details!!
Thanks to those already signed up to help. You know who you are and you are AWESOME!!!

First, I LOVE Stephen Chbosky – "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" will forever be one of my favorite books. Though I have no clue what author I would write to, or what I would ask. :/
The Perks of Being a Wallflower is on my wish list. I hope to read it someday.
I have a few authors I can think of to write a letter to. They're the ones who had a major impact on me as a high school reader and writer.
I'd write to Ann Martin!
