What’s Up for Auction?
First ten-pages critique with a query critique if desired (or the first 15 pages if you don’t have a query), what we refer to as an Agent Submissions Package on our editing website https://www.manuscriptcritiqueservices.com/services–rates.html (Value: $60). Paula will also give the winner their choice of ONE of her books, if it’s still available to purchase (she will let the winner know what books are available).
The winning bidder can have until June 30, 2020 to submit their writing. The critique will be done either via Microsoft Word tracked changes and margin comments or by hand if the author wishes. (By hand critiques only available in the USA due to shipping costs).
How Do the Auctions Work?
- All bids go in the comments; start at $10 and go up in $1 increments. If someone bids $10, the next bid has to at least be $11, etc.
- Open to International Bids!
- The winner will donate their highest bid to First Book, giving kids access to books.
- Auction ends Friday, November 29 at 11:59 p.m. EST
Remember: you can bid and gift this critique to a writer friend (and the book too – or you can keep that for yourself). The book is NOT annotated; this is a special auction! Please help me spread the word!
