If you’ve been paying attention to Fox lately, I’m sure you’ve seen at least ONE commercial for the new show, Glee, about a high school Spanish teacher who takes over the glee club to help kids do something great and relive the old days.
Tonight, after American Idol, we got to see the very first episode of the show and I must say it’s amazing. I can’t wait for more…it’s a good show with fun characters (and nice actors who play them!) as well as humor and of course, music!
Sadly, the show doesn’t actually start until this fall. What we saw tonight was just a sneak preview to get people excited and coming back when the season really does start. It’s a cool idea and I know I’ll be back to watch the rest, but it does make me a bit sad to know that I have to wait a few more months for the whole thing.
I do know that if you missed the first episode, you don’t need to fret…you have all summer to watch and rewatch it online. I’m guessing that will availabe on the website, as well as some other fun stuff about the show…so check out the link above (under the photo!)

I absolutely LOVED this show and have already watched the episode twice! I love Lea Michele and she is absolutely amazing in this show. I hope that Fox doesn’t cancel it!
I loved it as well-it was so fun and from the preview at the end, I think it could really be hilarious. Plus I love the cheer coach-she makes me laugh. It’s about time us music people got a show!!:)
I saw it last night and was in love with it by the time it was over. The characters are amazing, the writing is amazing, and the acting is amazing. It doesn’t get much better than that!

I’m with you. I think it’s pretty much the best show ever. I can’t wait for the season to actually start. Previewing it after the final performance night of American Idol was a great move.
