Sunday Post is hosted by Caffeinated Book Reviewer
Whew, another week has passed! November is a busy month for me. I work this weekend and the weekend after Thanksgiving. My graduate school portfolio (to graduate) is due this week. I have a research paper due later in the week. Another research paper to work on. Fun stuff, I know. I’m so glad that I did as well as I did during Blog Ahead. I’m hoping to take some time tomorrow after work to schedule out some more posts for this month and next. I want to keep ahead as much as possible – the holiday months are always so hectic. Mostly fun, though!
Super Exciting News!!
I’m going to London next September!! My sister and I got Harry Potter and the Cursed Child tickets and I’m so beyond excited. I’ve never left the country though, so the plane ride there should be quite interesting. At any rate, there are a lot of things I want to see and do in London. What would you recommend, though? Maybe I can add it to my itinerary!

I’d love for you all to follow along at my other blog if you’re interested. It’s all LGBT news and entertainment.

  1. Good luck on getting your papers ready in time, I'm sure you'll nail it!

And how exciting that you're going to London next September! I'm sure you're really excited about the Harry Potter show, and there are so many other fun things to do there, too. Plane rides over the Atlantic usually go very well, because you get served food, and there are movies to watch, and the seats are a little bit more comfortable than they are on shorter flights šŸ™‚

Have a fantastic week ahead and happy reading.

  2. I'm so excited for you! How fun! I've never been but I so want to go! You have to visit the Tower for sure! So many great and awful stories about the place. šŸ˜‰

  3. LAUREN OMG!! Sooo jealous! I know I just got back from London in May, but I'm so jealous of all the people who will get to go see The Cursed Child! I'm hoping I'll be able to save up enough to travel again soon or else hopefully the play will go on tour here eventually. I'm excited for you and your sister (who is presumably a big HP fan too) to see the play and go to King's Cross Station and go to the Leavesden Studio Tour, etc. etc. There is plenty to do and see there, really, and I don't know how long you'll be there for, but you may end up needing to prioritize what you want to see for sure because there's just so much! If your sister is a book lover as well, then I'd recommend checking out the replica of Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. There are also many famous authors buried in Westminster Abbey. And if you're both into history, then the Tower of London is sooo cool. I would also recommend taking a few days to visit Edinburgh, only if you have the time…

  4. Ohh and also, good luck on the graduate papers! I'm also finishing up my thesis to graduate soon… Just one final push and then we'll be free!!

  5. So jelly about Cursed Child. Hmm, wonder if I can convince my hubby we need to travel abroad? Your month does sound hectic and yes thank you for Blog Ahead..it really does help!

  6. Wow, you are quite busy!! Hope that everything settles down and you're able to finish everything in time, which I am sure you will!

And LONDON! Jealous, so very jealous! I adore London, even though I was only there for like, 3 days, it was fabulous and I want to go back to see ALL the things. I am so excited for you!!

  7. WOOOW LONDON! OMG YAY!! I hope it's a spectacular trip (and I hope the Cursed Child is everything you hope it'll be. XD) I seriously want to go to London someday…and Paris. :') Basically Europe, omg. It's so old and beautiful!!

  8. Iā€™m impressed that you have time to blog with your schooling. Good luck with your papers! And Harry Potter and the Cursed Child?! You should made a post after your trip, so we can be there vicariously.
