Sorry my post is a bit late. It’s been a crazy weekend – but in a good way! I graduated with my Master of Science in Library Science degree on Friday. Someone wanted photos, so I have this one to share. Sorry it’s a bit blurry – I’ll see if I can get more to share next week!

I graduated from the University of Kentucky (U.K.) though I did all of my classes online. It was a great program for anyone that is interested! I’m just lucky I lived close enough to make it to the actual graduation ceremony, though one girl in my program flew in, so that’s awesome! Congrats to anyone else who graduated this semester! We did it!!!

Apart from that, I saw the movie Sisters with my own sister and mom. We all enjoyed it. I love Tina Fey and Amy Poehler! Last night I saw The Academy Is…on their 10th anniversary tour for their debut album. It was so amazing because besides this tour, they haven’t played together in awhile – they aren’t together anymore. I missed them so much (I’ve seen them live a bunch of times back in the day haha) and it was great to see them all together on the stage again. They were brilliant!

  1. Congratulations Lauren, that's awesome news and I'm absolutely thrilled for you! I've often thought about online classes, just to keep my mind sharp and maybe get into something that might interest me, rather than a new career choice. I'd love to hear more about your experience and how online study was compared to actually going back to uni.

I'm stoked Lauren and hope you celebrated long into the night, you deserve it <3 <3
