My mom and I recently went to a bakery in Cincinnati that we had never been to before. It’s called Mon-Petit-Choux and it’s a pastry shoppe. We actually went back in April, but I wanted to make sure I shared with you all because I highly recommend a visit if you’re ever in downtown Cincinnati.
The two people working were super friendly and went through all the items that they had available to eat. We ended up getting a couple of savory croissants to eat there, and then we filled a couple boxes with some sweet treats for later!
I wish I could remember the exact name of the croissant I ate in the shop because it was amazing. I know it had fig, at least. I’m hoping I can get the same one the next time I stop by, but we’ll see.
The shop is not terribly large, but really cute. I loved all the decorations!
I really appreciated being able to buy food and eat it there too. It’s not a bakery where you have to buy and go, so it makes a nice meet up spot for friends!
We got a mix of dessert items to bring home and try and I really enjoyed most of what I got. I LOVED the chocolate croissants. So good, and I highly recommend. The macarons were tasty too. I always love a good macaron.
Again, if you are in the Cincinnati area at all, you must check out Mon-Petit-Choux. You won’t regret it!
