Anyway, I have a friend who is pregnant and I’m trying to figure out what to get her for her baby shower, as I like to be a bit unique and do something fun. However, I’m not up to date on all things “baby” so I was wondering if people might be able to give me some ideas of things to perhaps give…and if you have your own company or business that has stuff for babies, please let me know as well and I’ll give it a look. Oh, and she’s having a boy! 🙂
Google "diaper cakes". They are quite awesome. My best friend made one for my sister-in-law's baby shower. My sil was able to use everything on the girl side right away. My friend made a gender neutral cake, since they didn't know what the baby was.
The cake was made of diapers, had binkies attached, and a pink doll & blue bear at the top. It was very unique and everyone loved it.

Just browse a little on Etsy and you'll find amaaaaazing things that are handmade and unique. I've started buying all of my shower gifts from one seller or another on there 'cause they are so fun.
