Alright, I’m a day late for Film Friday, but I still have some news about upcoming movies that I want to let you know about! More information on Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland, as well as the newest remake of Sherlock Holmes. I’m quite excited for both! Whose with me?
First off, we have the latest casting editions to Alice. Anne Hathaway will be the White Queen and Helena Bonham Carter is going to start as the Red Queen (“Off with their heads!” More about this can be found here!
Next, we have Sherlock Holmes which will be directed by Guy Ritchie. Holmes himself is being played by Robert Downey Jr., while his sidekick Dr. Watson is being played by Jude Law.

Oh I wonder how Depp will play out Hatter, I’m sure he’ll get into character on the spot? But I still love him as Jack Sparrow. Lol I would love to see Anne, haven’t watched her for awhile!
Diana: I know, I’m very curious to see how he will play the Mad Hatter. I’m sure he’ll be awesome…it’s definitely a very “johnny depp” kind of role. I DO love him as Jack Sparrow though. 🙂
