I’m linking up today with Anne from In Residence for Currently. I’ll also be linking up with What’s Happining Wednesdayย and What’s New With You?
styling: new clothes! My sister’s friend’s mom (say that five times fast) gave me a bunch of her old clothes because she was moving and didn’t really have the room. I’ve been trying on different things in the past week and loving it! After losing weight this year, it’s been a lot of fun to actually wear different clothes! Not everything fits yet but I think they will in the next year so I’m holding on to them!
ย
saving: Well…I haven’t been great at saving money lately (see next point) but I really do want to get back into that. When I get money from the blog I always put that in my savings, so a little here and there. I’m hoping to work some extra hours at my job this month- all of that would be nice to put into savings! If you want to help me save some more money, sign up for Ebates with my affiliate link. When you make a purchase (I think you have to spend $25 on one website) you’ll get $10 and I’ll get money too! After, you get money back when you make purchases at TONS of sites like The Book Depository – for all you readers out there! Thanks in advance! This is a great way to get money back on all your holiday purchases!!
ย
searching: for all the fun Halloween and fall things (If you live in or near Cincinnati, Ohio, check out my post about October 2017 events here). I love this time of the year and there are always so many fun activities to see and do! I have a lot planned already, but hopefully I can squeeze in even more!
ย
picking: Nothing…no pumpkins. no apples. Sigh. I wish my nieces and nephew were in town already so we could do all the fun Fall things like hayrides and farms! Next year though!
ย
making:ย I made a clothespin wreath for a friend’s little girl (she’s due in November). The wreath is so that she can pin cards and/or photos of the baby and hang it up! I think it turned out really cute. I’ll be doing a DIY post on it soon!

I also wanted to remind you about my Hunting Prince Dracula prize pack! Remember: International entries get the book, U.S. entries get everything! You can enter to win until October 30th!!

The fall season is my favorite, and since it doesn’t end until near the end of December, I’ve also included a couple of more winter type of things that will occur before Christmas! I’m pretty sure I can cross off all of these since I already have some of them planned. Regardless, I’m so excited for all things fall! What’s on your fall bucket list? If you have a post of your own, let me know, and I’ll come visit!

I love your bucket list. I need to deep clean and declutter. Boring right?
Love this bucket list!!!
I would love to go apple picking. I feel ya!
Im awful at saving and really need to work on it. LOL . My boys are 8 and 12 and have been begging me for a scary movie marathon. I will have to find some not so scary movies. Caramel apples sound so good right now! Happy Wednesday!
Love this list! I am definitely searching out all the fun fall/Halloween things to do around town, too. You just can’t miss out on October fun! ๐
I miss all the New England (where I’m originally from) fall activities. It’s not quite the same in FL lol but I go all out closer to Halloween with corn stalks and hay bails for decor around my house.
And we’ve actually had a cooler week so yay!
For What It’s Worth
Great fall bucket list. I’m hoping to go apple picking this weekend. I go only for the donuts. haha love me some apple cider donuts.
Yay for new to you clothes! That is always the best! I can’t wait to see how the wreath turns out! Some of my favorite baby gifts were ones I knew people had made.
A Halloween movie night and making Halloween treats sounds like fun <3
Green Fashionista
Yay for fun new-to-you freebies ๐ And I love ebates!
I like the bucket list! I may join in on some of these ideas! ๐ I’ve been searching for a local place that does apple picking!
Aw sorry no picking but the rest sounds like fun. I can’t wait to see that wreath!
New (or new to you) clothes are always one of my favorite parts of losing weight! Congratulations on your success so far!
I’ve love to go to a fall event as well like apple picking or a pumpkin patch. This November it’s on my bucket list to go to the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto. I’ve always wanted to go but still haven’t been.
Having new clothes is the best! It’s so fun to wear something different.
I need to get on the stick and sign up for ebates. Thanks for the reminder!
All of the things on your bucket list sound amazing! I’m happy I did one so far, I ate some caramel apples and I don’t regret it for a second ๐ So good!
I love all things fall and Halloween, too! It’s my favorite season!
Your Fall Bucket List sounds wonderful. I hope you get to do everything on it. I think the only must-do item on mine this year is to take a trip to the mountains to see the fall colors and to go apple picking.
I could use some new clothes. I wish someone would bring some my way. New shoes are definitely needed. You have a fun bucket list there.
No crafts for me but I would totally take a caramel apple!!
Saving is hard in fall. And spring. And summer. I used to be able to save in Winter because it was cold and I just wouldn’t leave the house, but then they invented online shopping.
I can’t believe how quickly this year has gone Lauren and I need to start my Christmas shopping soon. Have the flu at the moment which I caught AT the shops. Go figure. I love new clothes and it was so lovely for your sister’s friends mum to pass them along to you. You’ve done so brilliantly with your health goals Lauren and it’s nice to have a little reward <3
Thanks so much, Kelly! It’s great to actually be able to wear more of what I want. I’m so sorry to hear you have the flu though! That’s the worst!!!

A close pin wreath sounds amazing! I need to make one.
The story of life…wanting to save money but also do things. LOL
LOVE this format for a monthly list! Saving is always a hard one.
New clothes are so much fun! We did go apple picking but need to try to fit in time for picking pumpkins. Love your bucket list!!
yay new to you clothes! that is so awesome. i LOVE ebates. i use it a lot for work and then of course personal use as well, i totally buy most of my books from places like The Book Depository just to use ebates. of course amazon is awesome and all but i’d rather wait for shipping vs missing out on ebates when amazon doesn’t offer it. i do not have a fall bucket list because… well, honestly, i’m not a fan of fall! i know. am i even a blogger? lol. but seriously. i turn into the biggest scrooge/grinch on like the 1st of september. we’ve had lovely weather though so i didn’t turn into a grinch until the 1st of october this year. i keep trying to un-grinch myself but i just despise the cold weather, and anything under 80 is cold to me lol. but maybe i’ll try this year. we’ll see ๐
Yum…. caramel apples. I have that on my list is well. Halloween Haunt sounds fun!
A Halloween movie night sounds fun. I should do that with my kids and get some movie snacks. I can’t wait to see this DIY wreath!

Making: A Hot Lumumba…later tonight ๐
I love the bucket list! I am not much of a Halloween Lover, but I’d actually love to have Caramel Apples!
Caramel apples are good for everyone, whether you like Halloween or not. I hope you can get some in!
This looks like a great bucket list! I hope you are able to get to all of the things!
Great bucket list. It’s spring in South Africa so we are enjoying the warmer weather and beautiful flowers.
