It’s FALL! This is seriously my favorite time of the year. I love Fall, I love Halloween. I’m not that big of a fan of Thanksgiving, but whatever! I love this season. Today, I’m happy to join some other bloggers in sharing our Fall Bucket Lists – or all the things we hope to do this Fall 2018!
It's time to share our Fall Bucket Lists: What do you hope to do this fall? Let me know #ontheblog #fallbucketlist Share on XFall Bucket List
Fall goes from September 21 to December 21, so while it might start feeling like Winter the later it goes, it’s still Fall and I tried to keep that in mind with some of the items I put on my Fall bucket list!
1. Go to a Fall-themed festival
2. Watch Halloween movies
3. Read at least two Halloween-appropriate books!
4. Eat a caramel apple (or two!)
5. Go to Serendipity 3 when I visit NYC in November
6. Go to Halloween Haunt at King’s Island
7. Go to WinterFest at King’s Island
8. Visit the Cincinnati Zoo and see the lights
9. Make Christmas cookies
10. Go to a craft fair
11. Start working on my London/Harry Potter scrapbook
12. Read a holiday themed cozy mystery
13. Watch a movie outside
14. Paint my nails a fun fall color (since I didn’t do this in the summer!)
Halloween movies creep me out, so I’ll stick with Halloween books instead. xD I also can’t wait for your London/HP scrapbook. It’s going to be epic!!! Have a fun Fall, lovely! ??
This is a stunning list!
You must be so excited for your NYC trip in November! Enjoy fall and the cooler weather. We are going into spring now and it is still SO cold in the mornings and at night.
I hope you are going to do a post about your scrapbooking?
Have a wonderful weekend.
Oh I want to see the London/Hp scrapbook once it is done or inbetween updates. π
Good luck with all these things and enjoy!
We have one more day!! I will embrace Fall tomorrow lol. I am a total chicken when it comes to scary movies! Our zoo does lights too and I love it! Caramel apples are good. Do you like candy apples too? I could go for one of those! Have a great weekend!!
Autumn is definitely my favourite season. Sounds like youβre in for a busy time! Enjoy!
You have lots of great fall and pre-winter plans!
I didn’t do my nails this summer either, but I love the fall colors so much more so I’ll definitely be doing that one! Reading “scary” books and attending a fall festival are on my list too. Good luck with all of your goals!
I love all things fall! Great list!!
What a great list!! Good luck getting to all of the things!
I’m so sad we didn’t get to go to Kings Island. UGH.
Your list sounds so fun!! I love all the fall and craft ideas! Great list!
I love that you have make Christmas cookies in your fall list—way to think ahead! We are getting started on our list this weekend–apple picking!
I’m going to read Ghost Hunters Guide to Haunted Ohio in October – should make for a good fall book!
I love your list! Going to a craft sale sounds like a lot of fun. And I love baking Christmas cookies!
Fall is my favorite season too. I love it! I also love that your list is full of enjoyable things you get to do, not a lot of things you “should” do. Enjoy every minute!
Only two apples?!
My favourite Fall date used to be Bonfire Night on the 5th November because I grew up in Lewes where Guy Fawkes actually plotted! The firework celebration there is incredible π
Can you believe it’s Fall already??!! I am not mentally prepared, but I am ready for some cooler temps.
Love your list!
I love your list! Fall is my favorite too and I’m so ready for it all.
I’m definitely ready for a fall festival. I wish it was cooler here so it would be more enjoyable but that’s Florida for you. π
You need to show us a peek of your London scrapbook when your done. How exciting youβre going to NYC. Never been, something to look forward to. Your list is great! I love the cooler season and all the fall colors. My mom and I love going to craft shows. β€οΈ?β₯οΈ
You have so many fun plans! I’m hoping to do some holiday baking π
Count me in for caramel apples. I always like to go apple picking or to the pumpkin patch, but I haven’t done that since my daughter went away to college. So, it’s been years.
Great list!! I hope you have success crossing all of these items off! I cannot believe Fall is TOMORROW!!!
I am going to work on a fall bucket list this weekend, but I’ve already checked off a few items I’d have on it – picking out some colorful mums and getting a bushel of apples for baking. Hope you have a great weekend!
Good luck with your list. Caramel apples are always a favorite for me!
I love the crispness of the Fall season and the colors, but Halloween movies or scary books are definitely not my thing these days(lol) I like the idea of a Fall Festival though. Happy weekend! RO
What a perfect list! It sounds like you have tons of fun things where you live!
Definitely Halloween movies! Awesome list Lauren π
Ahh I love fall so much! Great bucket list, Lauren!
I’ve never been to a fall themed festival that I can remember, but that sounds like so much fun! I have eaten caramel apples though! Not only have I eaten them, I’ve made them, which is the best and you should absolutely try it if you can because you can put whatever toppings you want on them, and it’s delicious!
I always re-read the Harry Potter books in the fall, and I love saving any potential spooky books for this time of the year! I love watching Hocus Pocus and Halloweentown, too.
My hometown has a Syrup Festival every year, but I haven’t been in forever!

Awesome list!! EEP, I didn’t know you were close to Cinci! I’ll be flying by you this week! My brother lives in Newport, just moved from OTR π Yeah, he and his wife are DINKS so they can live there and not worry/afford it. I can’t wait to see his new historical place!! His old one was cool but the new one has central air o.O
OMG! You’re going to NYC in November? You’re so lucky!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you take lots of pictures, especially whatever it is you order at Seredipity!!! YUM!
Have a great week!!
It’s the time of year when I go on a cleaning frenzy, only this year I started during winter because I wanted to donate all my blankets and linen to charity for those who will need it during the colder months. Once it hits October, I start getting reading for Christmas Buying presents, collecting tableware and other assortments for the big day. I typically cook for the family without help, so it can take some planning and preparation. I’m stressed if I’m not able to have it all sorted by November. We don’t celebrate Halloween in Australia, it’s been years since we’ve had kids knock on the door but I keep buying lollies every year and end up eating them all myself β‘β‘β‘ have a wonderful month Lauren and I hope you can get some of those goals ticked off!
I love your list! I definitely want to watch lots of Halloween themed movies, have a pumpkin craving party, play around with hot chocolate recipes, photograph city in autumn and read more books than I did in summer π

Good luck with your list! I want to read spooky books and go hiking as much as possible. The hiking trails around here close in winter, so I need to get it done now.
This is such a great fall list. I’d love to make it to a craft fair this fall as well. I don’t watch many Halloween movies because I’m a chicken but I do love to watch Hocus Pocus every year.
Those are some awesome ideas for things to do in the next few months. I hope to have a bit more time for some fall fun next year. Have fun with all of these tasks!
I love this time of year, too! The changing colors of the leaves the crisp bite of cold in the air, and yes, the scary movies! I have nightmares when I watch a bunch, but I do love scary movies. Good luck on checking off all on your to-do list, Lauren! π
I love festivals but don’t go to many fall- themed ones. Would love to though, that’s a great idea. And some Halloween- appropriate books, definitely. I think a fall themed cozy or two would be fun also. And Christmas cookies? Yum.
So many awesome goals!
I’m defo going to eat at least one caramel apple, watch halloween movies (the cutesy kind though) and read halloween themed books. π
Looks like a great list! Good luck with all of it!
I’m with you, I love Fall, it’s such a lovely time of year with the leaves changing and although I’m not hugely into Halloween I do love Bonfire night. Love your fall bucket list and it’s so varied!
This is an awesome list!!! I’m all about carving pumpkins, going to a corn maze, and having a bonfire with my friends. I hope you make it through your Fall bucket list this year. Good luck!
Yay!! You have such a great list. I want to come do everything with you. Love that you are going to scrap London and Harry Potter. My sister and I scrapbook together via Skype. Does your sister scrap?
I bet Christmas at King’s Island is pretty cool. Our little zoo does some special stuff at Christmas, too. Maybe I will check it out. Anxious to sample your Christmas cookies!
I need to think of a Fall Bucket list! You should eat a caramel apple and some popcorn balls, too! I LOVE both! Ha! Serendipity 3 sounds fun, I didn’t hit that the one time I was in NYC!

Fun things!
My bucket list has one item, continue praying that it is no longer 100 degrees. Seriously the struggle is real π
