Gifting: I’m currently working on acquiring all the gifts I need for Christmas. I’m usually more ahead of things, but not so much this year. Regardless, I do have a few people finished! Also, I’m doing my annual Christmas gift for my mom, which is a book of monthly mother/daughter dates!
Baking: I have my annual Christmas Cookie Exchange this Saturday, so I need to bake something for that. I’m thinking of the Christmas Toffee Crackers, or Christmas Crack. You can find lots of recipes online!
Singing: Lots of Christmas songs. On Black Friday I bought the last two Penatonix Christmas albums since I’d loved their first, so I started listening to those.
Mailing: I need to be mailing Christmas cards. I have the cards, and some addresses, so I need to get going.
Decorating: I don’t have a tree yet, but the house has Christmas decorations up! I’ll be using my Harry Potter “doll/figure” as decoration all month on Instagram though. Yes, if you remember from last year, Harry on the Shelf is back! Forget Elf on the Shelf…Harry is way more fun. Honestly, I would take almost any of these items because I’m a huge Harry Potter fan. However, I thought I’d go through and point out a few really cool items to get you started. Also, if anything you want to buy is sold out, let me know and I can find you a new link to buy!
I LOVE S’well water bottles, and they have a new line based around Harry Potter, so I’d totally get one of these Harry Potter water bottles.
This pillow cover honors the lovely Luna Lovegood, who is one of my favorite Harry Potter characters! And for those of you who feel like Gryffindor and Slytherin get everything, you can buy a Hufflepuff pillow cover or a Ravenclaw knit throw.
Hopefully you found some fun Harry Potter themed items, and maybe even something new! What do you think? Anything you need to buy, or add to your own list? Let me know!
Whether you shop from my gift guides or not, I highly recommend you make an account with Ebates. It’s free to sign up and all you have to do is shop through their site to get cash back on so many stores. To make it easier, add the Chrome extension. Then when you visit an Ebates-affiliated site, you click the button in your extension and say you want cash back (and it will tell you the % you’ll get back). Plus, if you use my affiliate link, you’ll get $10 automatically when you spend $25. It’s a great way to get some money back on online sales – since you’ll be buying things online anyway!
